We specialise in wood fired pizza, and this is how we make it.
It begins with a careful mix of flour, water, yeast, and salt to create a dough, which is then left to rise.
Afterwards the dough is hand rolled and shaped into dough balls which are set aside to rise again.
When your order is placed, the dough ball is hand stretched into a pizza base.
We then layer your pizza with quality, fresh ingredients.
Finally the pizza is cooked in our wood fired oven. At temperatures reaching 450˚C, cooking time is less than 90 seconds.
